FEES 

Unfortunately group discounts are not available.   In person attendance is limited.

Registration fee - In person NZ$586.50 incl gst

Registration fee - Virtual attendance via online platform NZ$345.00 including gst

A virtual registration allows you to navigate around the conference just as you would at a face to face conference. 
During the conference you will be able to:
  • view keynote sessions and submit questions via the chat feature to the keynote presenters
  • view workshop sessions and submit questions via the chat feature to workshop presenters
  • networking with other online attendees

You can come and go as you please whilst the conference is live.    All virtual registratants will receive access to the platform to update their profile via email on 4 August 2022.

Cancellation policy for all hotels below

All amendments and cancellations of accommodation bookings must be made in writing directly to the conference managers. The cancellation of any booking received 31-60 days prior to your check in date, may incur a charge of one night’s accommodation at the discretion of the hotel provider. If applied, this will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. The cancellation of any booking received 0-30 days prior to your check in date, may incur a charge of the total accommodation cost, at the discretion of the hotel provider. If applied this will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. Accommodation rates are exclusive to conference attendees and cannot be booked directly with hotels. Accommodation is subject to availability.

Coronavirus (Covid-19): In the event of Coronavirus related travel restrictions being implemented whereby travel is not permitted please see the following hotel cancellation polices:

James Cook Hotel - In the event the conference is unable to proceed due to covid19 or an alert level change whereby travel is not permitted cancellations must be made in writing ASAP to the hotel. The hotel will work with guests to come to an arrangement that best suits each party, any fees will be at the hotel’s discretion. If the ban comes in during the stay the hotel will charge for the days the guest has stayed.

Ibis/Novotel - Should the New Zealand Government implement travel restrictions that impact the ability to travel to Wellington (By way of Government Alert Levels 2, 3 and 4), the booking will go into a term amendment discussion with the General Manager.

Mercure Central City Apartments - In the event the conference is unable to proceed due to covid19 or an alert level change whereby travel is not permitted the hotel will allow for the booking to be cancelled without any penalties. If the ban comes in during the stay the hotel will charge for the days the guest has stayed.

Mercure Wellington Abel Tasman - In the event the conference is unable to proceed due to covid19 or an alert level change whereby travel is not permitted the hotel will allow for the booking to be cancelled without any penalties. If the ban comes in during the stay the hotel will charge for the days the guest has stayed.

West Plaza Hotel - The hotel will endeavour to be flexible and understanding of this situation.
Cancellation requests claimed to be due to restricted travel linked to COVID-19 will be treated on a “case by case” basis.
Deposits or pre-payments may be held as payment towards a future booking.
If the cancellation request is unwilling or unable to rebook, they will be treated on a case by case basis and the hotel will work to find a solution and will be flexible on the re-booking period in order to secure a positive resolution
